Terms of Use

 

 

 Our Terms of Service exist for the collective benefit of all of  our clients. We have implemented these rules as a measure to protect us from unwanted activities and in order to provide our clients with the most reliable and best overall hosting services and features possible. We ask that as a client, you to please respect and follow our Terms of Service.   ILA MEDIA HOSTING AND DESIGN, INC., and DESIGNMYWEBPAGE.COM. reserve the right to at any time modify the Terms of Service without notice. These Terms of Service represent the entire agreement between the client, and ILA MEDIA HOSTING & DESIGN, INC. and DESIGNMYWEBPAGE.COM. All clients are expected to follow and acknowledge our Terms of Service. If we do find that your web site is in violation of our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to terminate your account without notice at our discretion. Payment Procedure: Our clients will be responsible for at least one third percent (1/2%) payment of the final invoice in advance of all services provided by ILA MEDIA HOSTING & DESIGN, INC., and DESIGNMYWEBPAGE.COM. All accounts will be billed on completion of the project (s) and final invoice payment must be paid within ten (10) days of completion to avoid possible late fees.  The actually web design content remains the property of DesignMyWebPage.com unless mutually agreed in writing indicating the release of same. "Free" Domains given with annual hosting services remain registered to ILA MEDIA HOSTING AND DESIGN, INC., and DESIGNMYWEBPAGE.COM until ALL outstanding balances owed for services have been paid for in full. A $70 penalty fee will be applied to any transfer of domain registration, content  and/or DNS to another server.  All outstanding balances are due and payable upon receipt. Failure to pay the amount due within five (5) days of the due date shall constitute an additional five dollars ($5.00) late fee added to the outstanding balance. Failure to pay the remaining amount due within fifteen (15) days of the due date will result in possible termination of services. If you terminate services you must do so within 5 days of the above indicated due date for the most recent invoice or be held responsible for invoice. Any and all outstanding invoices will be subject to collection agencies of which client will be responsible for collection service fees. The following is prohibited on our servers Websites which have Adult Material of any sort, including links to adult websites are strictly prohibited. We define "adult material" as pornography, nudity and sex-related merchandising. MP3 files are strictly forbidden from our servers with exception for fair use of the advertising recordings. There are no exceptions made to this rule as it exists to protect ourselves from any copyright infringement problems. Web sites promoting illegal activities including, but not limited to: hacking, serial numbers, cracks, or information which violates any local, state, federal, or U.S. export restriction laws. Any processes executed which run in the background from the command line, including IRC Bots. Websites whose primary purpose is file distribution or mirroring another website.
